Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea is a classic science fiction novel written by French novelist, poet, and playwright Jules Verne, published in 1870. The story is about Captain Nemo and his submarine Nautilus, seen from the prospective of the Professor Pierre Aronnax after he washes up the ship with his servant Conseil and Canadian whaler Ned Land. They embark on the Nautilus to have a journey all around the world. The story takes place in 1866, ships of several countries spot an unknown gia
