The Doctor and Sam have been separated. Landing on Haolem, Sam finds herself employed by the INC, a company that dominates the planet and one of its major employers. Sam is alarmed to learn that decisions and actions can be made as fast as INC employees think. A workforce of computerised zombies? The Doctor arrives looking for Sam. He too is concerned by the INC, people cannot seem to leave the organisation of their own volition...
